Ongoing Care
After the first service, future bookings are straightforward. Many clients establish regular schedules that we maintain for their convenience.
Service Questions
Yes, we provide discounted rates for pre-booked packages of training sessions, grooming appointments, or extended boarding stays. Regular customers who book monthly grooming also receive preferential pricing.
We never force an animal to continue if they're experiencing significant stress. We'll pause, assess the situation, and contact you to discuss the best approach. Sometimes this means completing the service over multiple shorter sessions.
For grooming, many pets actually perform better without their owner present, as they're less likely to become excitable or anxious. For training sessions, owner participation is essential as you'll need to continue the techniques at home.
We're flexible with collection times. If you need to extend your pet's stay, we simply continue their care and adjust the final invoice. Early collections don't require advance notice, though we appreciate a message when possible.
Absolutely. We groom long-haired cats who need mat removal or coat maintenance, as well as cats who require bathing due to health conditions or inability to groom themselves. Our approach is especially gentle given cats' sensitivity to grooming.
We've successfully worked with virtually every breed and many challenging temperaments. Very occasionally, an animal's aggression poses genuine safety risks that we can't manage. In such cases, we'll recommend specialists with different facilities or expertise.
